Lock Valve (for My Rain) |
Normal solenoid valves must continuously consume electricity to keep valves open. By contrast, our gLock Valveh requires power to be supplied for only the moment (approximately one second) that the valve is opened. Once the valve is open, power is disconnected, conserving electricity. The self-holding power mechanism consists of a magnetic coil and a magnet that lets the valve remain open even if the power is off. When the valve closes, power is again required for only a moment (approximately one second), making this an innovative, energy-saving type of solenoid valve.
Features
- Can be installed anywhere as it does not require a commercial power supply. The power supply used consists of a small, sealed, lead-acid battery that does not require maintenance, generates minimal self-discharge, offers a longer battery life, and is more economical.
- Installed with a linear plug that provides linear flow characteristics when the valve closes and in relation to the flow rate at that time, protecting the valve from the phenomenon of water hammering. The flow washer is positioned in the primary bypass inflow passage to protect against pressure surges and to maintain uniform opening and closing times.

All-Purpose Valve (for Auto Rain) |
Measures for problems caused inside the pipes of commonly-used piston-type plunger solenoid valves such as chemical and dirt deposits in the plunger, and water hammering, had until now remained unresolved. This all-purpose valve solves the problems mentioned above, and features minimal current consumption
Features
- Floating Plunger
A floating plunger has been employed that ensures that chemical liquid deposits do not affect operations, as a countermeasure to remaining chemical deposits found in conventional piston type plungers
- Linear Plug
Installed with a linear plug that provides linear flow characteristics when the valve closes and in relation to the flow rate at that time, protecting the valve from the phenomenon of water hammering
- Flow Washer
A flow washer is positioned in the primary bypass inflow passage to protect against pressure surges and to maintain uniform opening and closing times
- Strainer
A removable strainer has been installed in the bypass inflow passage to keep ports free of debris
- Manual Open Valve
A manual open valve has been installed to enable manual valve opening and closing
